Why order from Gratis Türkiye for Jordan

Gratis is a Turkish personal-care and beauty chain selling Turkish and international brands for skin, hair and makeup, along with its own label. Some of these brands and offers are not usually available in Jordan. Winter in Jordan is cold, and coats and heavy knits make the parcel bulkier, charged on dimensional weight.

What to write in the order

One product comes in different sizes and formulas, such as oily or dry skin, so send the direct link and state the brand, name, size in milliliters and type. For bundle offers, confirm what the bundle contains before ordering.

How a Gratis order reaches Jordan

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Jordan directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Jordan is served by land through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment; Amman, Irbid and Zarqa get home delivery, and Aqaba is the entry point for bulkier shipments. There is no fixed published rate for Jordan; cost and schedule are confirmed before departure.

Preparing to receive in Jordan

Write your Jordan address with city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Import requirements and duties are set by Jordan Customs. Sprays, pressurized cans, nail polish and remover, and alcohol-based perfumes may be classed as flammable and fall under dangerous-goods rules for air shipping; MarkaShip’s published list excludes hazardous and flammable items and perfume in a bottle over 100 ml, so ask about each product before paying. Liquids are heavy and usually billed on actual weight, so large bottles can cost more to ship than the price difference saves.
