Keep it if it matters to you; otherwise shipping without it cuts volume and dimensional weight.

Why order from SuperStep Türkiye for Kuwait

SuperStep is a Turkish store for sneakers, sportswear and accessories, carrying models from well-known global brands for women, men and kids. Some releases and colorways in the Turkish store may not be available in Kuwait. With the heat in Kuwait, read the upper and lining material in the description, since mesh and breathable fabric are lighter in summer than lined leather.

Pinning down the model and size

Sneaker models share names but differ in color and release, so send the direct link, product code and color as on the page. Sizes are usually European and differ between brands and even between two models of one brand, so measure your foot in centimeters and name a backup size.

How a SuperStep order reaches Kuwait

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Kuwait directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The Kuwait route runs by air from Istanbul with frequent departures, then the parcel goes to home delivery across the governorates, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya and Jahra. Cost is fixed after the packed parcel is measured, on the greater of actual and dimensional weight.

Preparing to receive in Kuwait

Write your Kuwait address with governorate, area, block, street and house or building number, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Current rules for the actual goods are set by Kuwait’s General Administration of Customs. Shoe boxes are bulky for their weight, so shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Keep the box if it matters to you, otherwise ship without it. Limited releases sell out fast, and the order can be combined with Sportive purchases.
