Should I keep the SuperStep shoe box?

Keep it if it matters to you; otherwise shipping without it cuts volume and dimensional weight.

Is MarkaShip affiliated with SuperStep?

No. It is an independent buying and shipping service; the brand sets stock, prices and sale and return terms.

Why order from SuperStep Türkiye for Syria

SuperStep is a Turkish store for sneakers, sportswear and accessories, carrying models from well-known global brands for women, men and kids. Some releases and colorways in the Turkish store may not be available in Syria. Winter in Syria is cold, and boots and large shoe boxes make the parcel bulkier, often charged on dimensional weight.

Pinning down the model and size

Sneaker models share names but differ in color and release, so send the direct link, product code and color as on the page. Sizes are usually European and differ between brands and even between two models of one brand, so measure your foot in centimeters and name a backup size.

How a SuperStep order reaches Syria

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Syria directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Shipping to Syria runs by land through Turkish border crossings, and MarkaShip publishes reference rates in USD excluding customs: a medium carton (60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg) is $15 to the north (Idlib, Aleppo), $17 to the center (Homs, Hama) and $20 to the south (Damascus); a large carton (80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg) is $20, $23 and $25. Rates are confirmed per shipment.

Preparing to receive in Syria

Write your Syria address with city, area and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Published rates exclude customs, so current import and carrier rules for the actual goods still apply. Shoe boxes are bulky for their weight, so shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Keep the box if it matters to you, otherwise ship without it. Limited releases sell out fast, and the order can be combined with Sportive purchases.
