Why order from Teknosa Türkiye for Jordan

Teknosa is a Turkish electronics retail chain selling phones, computers, headphones, cameras, small home appliances and accessories from many brands, and you may find models or offers that differ from what is available in Jordan. For Jordan, check the right plug type and voltage for electrical devices with the importer before ordering.

Checking warranty and plug

Warranty on devices bought in Türkiye may only be valid inside Türkiye or with specific agents, so read the terms on the product page. Devices are made for the Turkish market with a European plug, so check voltage and charger range before ordering, and send the link, model, color and quantity.

How a Teknosa order reaches Jordan

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Jordan directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Jordan is served by land through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment; Amman, Irbid and Zarqa get home delivery, and Aqaba is the entry point for bulkier shipments. There is no fixed published rate for Jordan; cost and schedule are confirmed before departure.

Preparing to receive in Jordan

Write your Jordan address with city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Import requirements and duties are set by Jordan Customs. Phones, laptops and devices with lithium batteries have special shipping conditions, and loose batteries and power banks are more restricted, so state them clearly and ask before buying. Teknosa purchases can be consolidated with other stores in one parcel.
