Is Shopping from Turkey Cheaper for Oman?
Often yes for clothes, shoes, bags and kids’ clothes from Turkish brands: their price in Turkey is usually lower than the same items in stores in Oman, and the gap widens during sales. The real saving appears once you add three items: the product price, the 8% Buy for Me commission on its value, and shipping by weight and volume, plus any charges in Oman. The more pieces you combine in one parcel, the less shipping each piece carries.

Why prices in Turkey are often lower
Many Turkish brands sell at home at local-market prices, while selling abroad adds import, distribution and store costs. Turkish stores also run frequent sales and campaigns, and some pieces and ranges never reach stores in Oman at all.
How to work out the total
Add up the products at the Turkish store price, add the 8% commission on their value, then shipping, which you estimate in the shipping calculator and is fixed after weighing, plus any charges in Oman. Compare that total with the price of the same items in Oman, not with the Turkish price alone.
When the saving is bigger
When you combine several light pieces in one parcel, buy during sales, and choose items that are not available locally or are clearly dearer there. If you buy yourself through your Turkish address you pay no buying commission, only shipping.
When it is not worth it
A single cheap item can lose its difference to shipping, heavy or bulky goods such as furniture and heavy kitchenware push shipping up a lot, and an urgent need may not fit the transit time (by air, about 3 to 5 days and up to a week). Do the sum before ordering and decide item by item.
