The five steps in order
Start from the categories page and choose the store you want, then browse its products. Add your picks to the cart and submit the order so our team can review and price it. Once the numbers appear you pay the product price plus delivery, and we handle the shipping to you.
One order, several stores
You can put products from different stores in the same order, so there is no need for a separate order per store. Buyers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Syria benefit because parcels gather at the consolidation centre and ship together instead of as many small shipments.
What does it mean that the order is priced?
The price is the original product price on the Turkish site plus the 8% service commission. After you submit, our team reviews the order and confirms the figures, and the product value and commission are collected at confirmation. Shipping is set after the product arrives and the final weight is known, and is paid before dispatch.
Before you submit
Check size, colour and quantity on each product, and make sure it is not a prohibited item. Cancellation is possible only before the products are purchased; after purchase the order cannot be cancelled. If you need help, ask the AI assistant or customer service before submitting.
