Separate the item from the scene

A belt, stand or cover in a product photo may be a display prop. Read the selected option and component list. Proximity in a photo does not prove inclusion or compatibility if the accessory is purchased separately.

Check each option

A page may show a complete set while another option sells only one component. Match the option code, colour and quantity. Ask when the name changes but the thumbnail remains the same.

Use three states

For each photographed element, record included by description, excluded by description, or unclear. Repeated appearance in photos does not move an unclear accessory into the included column. Keep the listing description used for your decision.

Approve the purchase

Send the link with a direct question about the required accessory and review the answer. If buying it separately, make a separate row with its identifier and quantity. Do not omit it from the shipment inventory because it appeared beside the main product.

Common questions

Is every photographed accessory included?

No. Check the option description or obtain clarification.

Can changing the option change the components?

Yes, even if the photos remain unchanged.

How should a separately purchased accessory be recorded?

Give it its own row, code, quantity and link.

Sources to check

Product rules and transport conditions can change. Confirm current requirements before buying or shipping.
