A device with its battery installed, such as a phone or watch, differs from a device whose battery is packed in the box, and both differ from a loose battery such as a power bank or spares. The loose battery is the most sensitive in air transport, so state the case clearly when ordering.
What to send before paying
Send the product link itself, a photo of the label showing the battery type and capacity as printed by the manufacturer, and the quantity. That is what the carrier needs to decide; without it, an item may reach the consolidation centre and then be refused for shipping.
Gulf by air, Syria and Jordan by land
Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain are shipped by air from Istanbul, and Oman by air to Muscat, so air transport limits apply. Syria is served by land, and Jordan by land via Syria or by sea to Aqaba; those routes have different rules, but the carrier still decides, so ask before paying.
Warranty and plug before the battery
For a device, also check the warranty, since a Turkish store warranty may not apply outside Türkiye, and the plug type and voltage in your country. If shipping is refused, a return to the store is requested within 14 days of the item reaching the consolidation centre, at the customer’s cost.
