Shipping Liquids and Aerosols from Türkiye
Not all liquids are prohibited, but flammable materials and pressurised containers such as aerosols fall under dangerous goods regulations in air transport, and shipping to the Gulf is by air from Istanbul. MarkaShip’s published list also excludes hazardous and flammable materials and perfume over 100 ml. So send the product link and a photo of the ingredients before paying.

Which liquids need checking
The items most asked about when shopping in Türkiye: aerosols and pressurised cans such as hairspray and spray deodorant, nail polish and remover, high-alcohol products, and oils and household chemicals. These may be classed as flammable or pressurised, and the carrier decides.
What MarkaShip’s list excludes
The FAQ page lists among prohibited items: hazardous and flammable materials, and perfume over 100 ml. If a product falls in these groups, it is not bought at all. Items outside them, such as shampoo and ordinary creams, are checked by container and ingredients.
Packing prevents leaks
An accepted liquid can still ruin the rest of the parcel if it leaks. Ask for liquids to be packed in sealed bags apart from clothing, and make sure the cap is tight in the original container. Consolidating purchases into one box makes good liquid packing matter even more.
Cosmetics by country
Saudi Arabia and Jordan have food and drug authorities that oversee cosmetics, so check their requirements before buying in quantity. Elsewhere, check with the importer or the customs body. Syria and Jordan have a land route that differs from air, but the carrier still decides.
