If you buy clothes yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.
Transit time and mode
The parcel flies from Istanbul, and transit is about 3 to 5 days and can reach a week once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Muscat, Sohar, Salalah and Nizwa and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.
How the price is worked out
Shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight after packing, so you estimate it first in the shipping calculator and the figure is fixed after weighing at the warehouse, before dispatch. Clothes are light but bulky, so the parcel’s volume often matters more than its weight; ask for store boxes and hangers to be removed and the pieces packed in a right-sized carton.
Checking before the parcel is closed
Ask for the pieces to be checked when they reach the warehouse: count, size and colour as ordered, and no visible defect, before the parcel is closed. Exchanges or returns to the Turkish store happen before international shipping, not after. Charges may apply in Oman by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
