Transit time and mode

The parcel flies from Istanbul, and transit is about 3 to 5 days and can reach a week once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight after packing, so you estimate it first in the shipping calculator and the figure is fixed after weighing at the warehouse, before dispatch. Copper is fairly heavy, so the parcel is usually charged on actual weight, and large trays take space; price the pieces in the shipping calculator before buying, as small coffee pots are better value to ship.

Packing and care

Ask for each copper piece to be wrapped in paper then bubble wrap so it does not scratch or dent, with trays standing between layers of cardboard. Tin-lined copper is meant for cooking, while decorative pieces are usually for display, so read the product description before buying. Charges may apply in the UAE by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
