Shipping Rugs from Turkey to Jordan: Cost and Time
There are two ways to ship rugs from Turkey to Jordan: buy them yourself and send them to your Turkish address with your box number, or send the links and we buy them for you with Buy for Me for an 8% commission on the product value. It goes by land or sea depending on the shipment: land takes about two weeks and sea one to two months, with the mode and schedule fixed before departure. Turkish brands are often cheaper in Turkey than the same items in stores in Jordan, especially during sales, so compare the total with commission and shipping before ordering.

Two ways to ship rugs to Jordan
If you buy rugs yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.
Transit time and mode
It goes by land or sea depending on the shipment: land takes about two weeks and sea one to two months, with the mode and schedule fixed before departure, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.
How the price is worked out
The cost follows weight, volume and shipping mode and is fixed together with the schedule before departure; you can estimate the parcel first in the shipping calculator. Rugs are heavy and bulky at once, so shipping a large rug can cost a big share of its price; price its dimensions and weight in the shipping calculator before buying, since small rugs and runners are better value to ship.
Rolling and wrapping
Rugs are rolled, never folded, because folds leave marks, and wrapped in plastic against moisture and dust. Ask for size, colour and edges to be checked at the warehouse before closing, and a photo of the rug once wrapped. Charges may apply in Jordan by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
