Step 1: arrival and check
The Oman page says each item is checked on arrival at the warehouse before packing and shipping. Items then show on the box contents page after you sign in. If you notice a wrong size or colour or a missing piece, contact customer service before requesting shipping.

You can buy from several stores, wait for them to arrive and ask for them to ship together. The Qatar page says the service is built around consolidation first: several stores, one box, less weight and a clearer cost. Consolidation is requested by contacting customer service on WhatsApp or chat.
Step 3: weighing and payment
After the final weighing at the consolidation centre the shipping cost is set and paid before dispatch. It is based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, so bulky packing can raise the volumetric figure. Use the calculator for an estimate before buying; the final figure comes after weighing.
Step 4: departure and tracking
The shipment leaves on the next scheduled flight from Istanbul, and when your order ships you get a notification with the tracking number and can follow it on the My Orders page. If items stay behind, remember storage is free for 30 days from receipt, then a daily fee applies, so do not delay the request.
