How long is the free period?
The free storage period is 30 days from the date the item is received at the warehouse, not from the date you ordered it. After that a daily storage fee applies according to the help page, and we advise shipping your purchases as soon as you can.
How to see when a parcel arrived
Items currently in our warehouse awaiting shipment appear on the box contents page after signing in. Check it regularly while waiting for parcels from several stores, since one may arrive earlier than another and its clock starts first.
How to avoid storage fees
Buy from Turkish stores within a similar period, and when most parcels have arrived, request consolidation and shipping. Consolidating spares you many small shipments; shipping is calculated after the final weighing and paid before dispatch. If one parcel is late, do not hold the rest for long.
If a parcel is running late
Estimate the time: if a store is slow to dispatch it may hold you up. Contact customer service before day thirty to agree the best arrangement, rather than being surprised by daily fees. No fee amount is quoted here because it is not published on the site.
