Why order from Chicco Türkiye for Syria

Chicco is a baby-products brand of the Artsana group, and its Turkish site shows strollers and travel systems, car seats for newborns and older ages, high chairs, bedside cribs (Next2Me), swings and bouncers, activity mats, night lights, bottles, pacifiers and sterilizers, bath and care items, educational toys and balance bikes. Its Turkish range may differ from what is sold locally. Before ordering for Syria, check the child age and weight range stated on the product page, and remember that large strollers and seats are often charged on dimensional weight.

Making sure the product suits your child

Read the age, weight and height ranges stated on the product page for car seats, strollers and chairs, read the product size and its folded size, and see the size guide (Boyut Kılavuzu) on the site. Do not order a safety product that does not suit your child’s age and weight, and ask before paying if you are unsure.

How a Chicco order reaches Syria

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Syria directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Shipping to Syria runs by land through Turkish border crossings, and MarkaShip publishes reference rates in USD excluding customs: a medium carton (60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg) is $15 to the north (Idlib, Aleppo), $17 to the center (Homs, Hama) and $20 to the south (Damascus); a large carton (80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg) is $20, $23 and $25. Rates are confirmed per shipment.

Preparing to receive in Syria

Write your Syria address with city, area and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Published rates exclude customs, so current import and carrier rules for the actual goods still apply. Strollers, car seats, high chairs and cribs are large parcels, and shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight, so volume usually sets the cost; ask for the parcel dimensions and a shipping estimate before paying. Bottles, pacifiers and toys are easier to ship. Electrical items such as sterilizers and breast pumps need a voltage and plug check before ordering, and liquids and creams should be checked against the restricted-items page.
