Can I estimate shipping to Syria, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia?
Select your destination when it is available in the calculator. If you cannot find your country or city, contact the team to confirm availability before buying. Check your destination page for service details; a calculator result does not confirm acceptance of every product.
What is the difference between actual and volumetric weight?
Actual weight is the scale reading; volumetric weight depends on parcel dimensions. The applicable weight calculation depends on the shipping service. The cubic-metre calculator measures volume and does not by itself establish the final shipping price.
Does the calculator include the product price and buy-for-me fee?
The calculator estimates shipping. Product prices, buy-for-me service fees and other items are reviewed in the order quotation. Request an itemised price with inclusions and exclusions before paying; the shipping figure is not the total purchase cost.
Can purchases from several stores be consolidated?
Confirm consolidation availability and any fees before buying. When orders are combined, the final parcel dimensions, weight and contents are reviewed for the shipping service, so the initial estimate may change.
Is the calculator result a final quotation?
No. The result is an estimate that depends on accurate inputs, service and destination. Price details and terms are confirmed after the request is reviewed, including items excluded from the estimate.
Store preparation, receipt and packing take place before transport. Ask for these stages separately when requesting a delivery estimate.
