Approve the exact text

A personalised name requires the spelling, capitalization, spaces and marks you want printed. Do not rely on automatic transliteration. A decorative screenshot should not replace clear text that can be copied accurately.

Review direction and preview

When combining Arabic, Latin letters or numbers, check their order in any available proof. Not every font necessarily supports connected Arabic letters. Without a preview, the appearance has not yet been visually confirmed.

Keep an approval record

Record the final text, font, colour, placement, quantity and approval version date. Resolve conflicts between messages and images before production. A later spelling change needs updated approval rather than silently replacing the agreed wording.

Ask before buying

Confirm that customisation is available and review current change and return conditions before payment. Sending a name does not guarantee the printing result or return acceptance. Request that production wait while a character or text direction remains unresolved.
