The published working hours

Sunday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday closed. The page does not give a time zone, so plan on that basis if you are in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia or Syria, and message at any time so your reply arrives when the team opens.

When you need to get in touch

Before confirming an order if a line in the cart is unclear, when requesting consolidation and shipping of your box, when an item arrives damaged or different from the order, where the terms ask you to write within 48 hours with photos, and before the 30 days of free storage run out.

What to prepare before writing

Give your box number or order number, the store and product name, and the destination country, and attach photos if the issue is damage or a mismatch. This saves back-and-forth and speeds up the reply.
