How to Delete Your MarkaShip Account and Data
You can delete your MarkaShip account in the app (My Account, then Delete account) or on the website after signing in, and it is deleted immediately. If you cannot sign in, email support@markaship.com from your account address and the request is completed within 30 days at most. Your login, profile and addresses are deleted, while order and payment records are kept without your name and address.

The fastest way, in the app
Open the MarkaShip app and sign in, go to My Account, tap Delete account and confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. On the website the steps are much the same: sign in at markaship.com, open your account page and choose Delete account.
If you cannot sign in
Send the deletion request from the email registered on your account to support@markaship.com with the subject Delete my account. The team verifies ownership and completes the request within 30 days at most, then sends you a confirmation. Use the same email as the account so verification is quick.
What is actually deleted
Your account and login details, the name, phone and email in your profile, saved addresses, notifications and the push tokens on your devices are deleted. Delivery addresses you saved for Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Syria or elsewhere go with the account.
What stays, and why
MarkaShip keeps past order and payment records after removing your name and address from them, because the law requires accounting records to be kept. Before deleting, make sure you have received all your shipments or finished anything pending in your box, since the account is how you follow your orders.
