Is FLO cheaper than SuperStep?

It cannot be said in general; prices change between brands and offers, so compare the same model or the closest alternative at its final price after service and shipping fees.

Does the same size fit in FLO and SuperStep?

No. The same European size differs between brands, so rely on your foot length in centimeters and the chart on the item page.

Can I combine FLO and SuperStep shoes in one shipment?

Yes. After both orders reach the receiving address in Türkiye they can be combined with your other purchases before shipping to Saudi Arabia.

When to pick FLO and when to pick SuperStep

FLO is a Turkish shoe chain that sells its own label plus local and global brands in one place, so it suits anyone comparing several brands or ordering shoes for the whole family. SuperStep is a store for sneakers, sportswear and accessories from global brands, and it suits a buyer after one specific sporty model. For a dress shoe, a sandal or a child’s shoe start with FLO; for sneakers in a particular release and color start with SuperStep.

How to pin down model and size in each store

On FLO give the brand name and model number exactly as they appear on the item page, because similar models can belong to different brands. On SuperStep send the product code and color, since sneaker names look alike and differ by release. Measure your foot length in centimeters and compare it with the chart of that brand, because one European size differs between brands, leave growing room in children’s shoes, and name a backup size since sizes sell out fast in sales.

What is specific to buying for Saudi Arabia

Shoes ship to Saudi Arabia by air from Istanbul, charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight, and shoe boxes inflate dimensional weight compared with their actual weight, so one combined order helps more than several small ones. Home delivery reaches Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. With the long Saudi summer, read the lining and sole material in the description and favor sandals and light sneakers for daily wear.

How orders ship and arrive

Shipping to Saudi Arabia runs by air on regular flights from Istanbul: the order reaches the warehouse, is checked and packed, then leaves on the next scheduled shipment, with home delivery in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Enter the recipient name, mobile number and city exactly, and have your national address ready if the carrier asks for it. Keep the seller invoices. ZATCA publishes the import, clearance and product-specific requirements that apply.
