Madame Coco Towel Sets to Saudi: Weight and Cotton

Q: What does fabric weight in grams mean for a towel?

The higher the number, the heavier, more absorbent and slower to dry the towel is.

A towel is judged by its thickness and cotton, not by color alone. Open the set page on Madame Coco Türkiye and note the fabric weight in grams per square meter, the cotton share, the number of towels and each size, then send the link through Buy for Me so the team works out the parcel and shows the air shipping cost to Saudi Arabia before payment.

Fabric weight and cotton share

The towel description states its fabric weight in grams per square meter: the higher the number, the heavier, more absorbent and slower to dry the towel is. Also read the cotton share, since pure cotton is softer and more absorbent than a blend. Choose heavier for home bathroom use and lighter for the gym or for travel.

Sizes and piece count

A set usually includes a face towel, a hand towel and a large bath towel, and may add a foot towel. Read each piece’s size in centimeters and the number of pieces in the set. A guest set needs more small pieces, while a family set needs one large towel per person.

First wash and color

New towels shed some lint in the first washes, and dark colors may bleed, so wash them alone the first time. Read the washing instructions in the description, and avoid too much softener since it reduces absorbency over time.

Carton and shipping to Saudi Arabia

Shipping to Saudi Arabia runs by air on regular flights from Istanbul: the order reaches the warehouse, is checked and packed, then leaves on the next scheduled shipment, with home delivery in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Towels are light but bulky, so shipping is usually charged on dimensional weight, and folded sets are pressed into one carton as far as possible. Write the number of sets so the team can work out the carton before payment. ZATCA publishes the import, clearance and product-specific requirements that apply.
