Start with the set list

Before returning a set to a store inside Türkiye, compare each component with the purchased option's list. Total count is insufficient when sizes or lids differ. A display photograph is not necessarily an exact record of the original contents.

Separate two situations

Record a part that never arrived separately from a part you intend to keep. The latter is a partial-return request. Do not describe either situation as a complete set; eligibility and store conditions need separate review.

Prepare a handover list

Record components, accessories, labels, available packaging and the order reference. Do not add a similar part from another set to make up the count. Agree on the scope before opening seals or changing product condition for inspection.

Obtain the current instructions

Confirm the store's return conditions and process before sending the goods back. This checklist does not guarantee acceptance or a refund. Also update the international shipment inventory so returned or unresolved items are not listed as ready to ship.
