The best time for a return is before the parcel leaves the warehouse, while the piece is still with us. Once the parcel leaves, the situation is completely different, so write to us early with the order number and piece name.

The piece condition
Returns are usually accepted in original condition: with tags, in the original packaging and unused. Read the store terms, because some stores refuse pieces opened from their sealed packaging.
