Two ways to ship modest kimonos to Bahrain

If you buy modest kimonos yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel flies from Istanbul, and transit is about 3 to 5 days and can reach a week once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Manama, Muharraq, Riffa and Isa Town and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight after packing, so you estimate it first in the shipping calculator and the figure is fixed after weighing at the warehouse, before dispatch. A kimono is a light, loose piece that folds easily and adds little weight, while beaded embroidery should be folded with care and wrapped on its own so threads do not snag other pieces.

Length and cut

Kimonos are often one size because they are open and loose, so watch the length and sleeve length more than the size. An ankle-length piece looks close to an abaya, a shorter one suits trousers, and viscose suits heat better than polyester. Charges may apply in Bahrain by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
