Two ways to ship tarhana soup mix to Bahrain

If you buy tarhana soup mix yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. Transit time and mode

The parcel flies from Istanbul, and transit is about 3 to 5 days and can reach a week once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Manama, Muharraq, Riffa and Isa Town and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight after packing, so you estimate it first in the shipping calculator and the figure is fixed after weighing at the warehouse, before dispatch. Tarhana is dry and light, one bag makes several pots of soup and takes little room, so combine it with lentils and bulgur in one parcel to spread the cost.

Choosing tarhana

Fine tarhana dissolves quickly and suits soup for children, while coarse tarhana gives a thicker texture. Choose factory-sealed packs with ingredients and expiry date rather than unpackaged homemade tarhana, and ask the competent authority in your country about food import rules. Charges may apply in Bahrain by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
