Two ways to ship tea sets to Syria

If you buy tea sets yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. Tea sets are fragile, so each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and separated by cardboard dividers with a fragile mark; a full set takes more volume than weight, so it is often charged on dimensional weight.

Glass or porcelain

Heat-resistant glass shows the colour of the tea, while porcelain keeps heat longer and looks richer but weighs more. Check how many pieces the set has and whether it includes a sugar bowl and tray, and gilded rims are not microwave safe. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
