What Altınbaş sells

Altınbaş is a Turkish jewelry brand: rings, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings and gold bracelets, plus diamond pieces. Many shoppers want Turkish designs not available in your country, but gold differs from other purchases in paperwork, shipping and customs.

What to check on the product page

Read the gold karat, weight in grams and stone type, any diamond certificate, and the ring size or chain length. Measure your finger circumference and compare it with the size guide on the site, since resizing after shipping is difficult.

Why the invoice and warranty matter

Ask for an original invoice showing karat, weight and price, plus the warranty or diamond certificate if one comes with the piece, as your reference on delivery and at customs. Read the warranty and return terms on the site, since after-sales service may only be available in Türkiye.

Consolidating and shipping

Gold jewelry may face carrier limits plus import requirements and duties at destination, so check them with the importer before buying. Declare the true value, ask about insurance and its limits, and request discreet packing that protects the original box, with the piece and its weight checked in Türkiye.
