Why order from Arzum Türkiye for Qatar

Arzum is a Turkish brand of small electrical appliances: Turkish coffee machines, kettles, tea makers, blenders, hair dryers and personal care devices. Many shoppers order it for Turkish coffee machines in models that may not be available in Qatar. Before ordering for Qatar, check the voltage, frequency and plug type on the product page against your home supply, as the European plug usually needs an adapter.

What to check before buying a device

Devices are made for the Turkish market with a European plug, so check the voltage and frequency on the product page, as some may not work properly on a different supply. A warranty bought in Türkiye may only be valid inside Türkiye, so read its terms and keep the invoice.

How a Arzum order reaches Qatar

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Qatar directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Qatar is served by air from Istanbul with clearance at Hamad airport, then delivery in Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan and Al Khor. Most personal parcels to Qatar are mid-sized, so combining stores in one box keeps the cost clear.

Preparing to receive in Qatar

Write your Qatar address with city, zone number, street and building, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Import and clearance requirements are set by Qatar’s General Authority of Customs. Keep the device in its original box with protective outer packing and ask for it to be checked once it reaches Türkiye. Devices with rechargeable batteries have special shipping conditions, so mention them. An Arzum order can be consolidated with Korkmaz and Karaca.
