Why order from Arzum Türkiye for the UAE

Arzum is a Turkish brand of small electrical appliances: Turkish coffee machines, kettles, tea makers, blenders, hair dryers and personal care devices. Many shoppers order it for Turkish coffee machines in models that may not be available in the UAE. Before ordering for the UAE, check the voltage, frequency and plug type on the product page against your home supply, as the European plug usually needs an adapter.

What to check before buying a device

Devices are made for the Turkish market with a European plug, so check the voltage and frequency on the product page, as some may not work properly on a different supply. A warranty bought in Türkiye may only be valid inside Türkiye, so read its terms and keep the invoice.

How a Arzum order reaches the UAE

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to the UAE directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The UAE route runs by air from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on the next schedule after the order is consolidated in the warehouse, and home delivery covers all seven emirates.

Preparing to receive in the UAE

Write your address with emirate, city, area, building name and apartment number, plus your Makani number in Dubai if you know it, the recipient name and an active phone. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Each emirate has its own customs authority, so the authority at the entry point applies, such as Dubai Customs. Keep the device in its original box with protective outer packing and ask for it to be checked once it reaches Türkiye. Devices with rechargeable batteries have special shipping conditions, so mention them. An Arzum order can be consolidated with Korkmaz and Karaca.
