Why order from Çilek Türkiye for the UAE

Çilek (Çilek Odası) is a Turkish brand specializing in kids, teen and baby rooms and their accessories, and its site shows beds and bases, wardrobes, study desks, bookcases, bunk beds, dressers and chairs, Montessori beds, baby cribs and cradles, plus extras such as lighting, rugs, curtains, mosquito nets, bedding sets and mirrors. Its designs may differ from what you find in the UAE. If you are furnishing a home in the UAE, start with lighter pieces and accessories, and leave large sets until you have a detailed estimate based on parcel dimensions.

Choosing a piece

Start by measuring the room, doors and elevator, and compare with the dimensions on the item page. For beds read the mattress size, for bunk beds read the ceiling height needed, and note that a room is made of several pieces in separate parcels, so ask exactly what the price includes and send each piece’s code.

How a Çilek order reaches the UAE

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to the UAE directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The UAE route runs by air from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on the next schedule after the order is consolidated in the warehouse, and home delivery covers all seven emirates.

Preparing to receive in the UAE

Write your address with emirate, city, area, building name and apartment number, plus your Makani number in Dubai if you know it, the recipient name and an active phone. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Each emirate has its own customs authority, so the authority at the entry point applies, such as Dubai Customs. Large kids’ furniture is heavy and bulky, and its international shipping can exceed the price difference, so ask for a shipping estimate based on parcel dimensions and weight before buying. Small pieces are the easiest to ship: chairs, mirrors, lighting, rugs and bedding sets. Rooms come in several parcels, so ask how many there are, their dimensions and how they are packed.
