Why order from Civil Türkiye for Jordan

Civil is a Turkish store for babies and kids, and civilim.com shows baby and children’s clothing and shoes, mother-and-baby items such as feeding and care gear, and some toys, strollers and car seats. The Turkish range is not usually available in Jordan. Winter in Jordan is cold, and coats and heavy knits make the parcel bulkier, charged on dimensional weight.

Choosing a child’s size

Baby sizes are usually written in months and kids’ sizes in years, so measure the child’s height in centimeters, compare it with the product chart and leave room to grow, since the parcel takes time to arrive. Send the direct link, product code, color and a backup size.

How a Civil order reaches Jordan

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Jordan directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Jordan is served by land through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment; Amman, Irbid and Zarqa get home delivery, and Aqaba is the entry point for bulkier shipments. There is no fixed published rate for Jordan; cost and schedule are confirmed before departure.

Preparing to receive in Jordan

Write your Jordan address with city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Import requirements and duties are set by Jordan Customs. Baby formula and baby food have import conditions in Jordan, and liquid care products and sprays are restricted in shipping, so ask about each item before buying. Strollers and car seats are bulky and charged on dimensional weight, and car seats may face local safety standards, so check with the importer.
