Why order from Civil Türkiye for the UAE

Civil is a Turkish store for babies and kids, and civilim.com shows baby and children’s clothing and shoes, mother-and-baby items such as feeding and care gear, and some toys, strollers and car seats. The Turkish range is not usually available in the UAE. With the long summer in the UAE, read the fabric composition and favor cotton and light fabrics.

Choosing a child’s size

Baby sizes are usually written in months and kids’ sizes in years, so measure the child’s height in centimeters, compare it with the product chart and leave room to grow, since the parcel takes time to arrive. Send the direct link, product code, color and a backup size.

How a Civil order reaches the UAE

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to the UAE directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The UAE route runs by air from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on the next schedule after the order is consolidated in the warehouse, and home delivery covers all seven emirates.

Preparing to receive in the UAE

Write your address with emirate, city, area, building name and apartment number, plus your Makani number in Dubai if you know it, the recipient name and an active phone. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Each emirate has its own customs authority, so the authority at the entry point applies, such as Dubai Customs. Baby formula and baby food have import conditions in the UAE, and liquid care products and sprays are restricted in shipping, so ask about each item before buying. Strollers and car seats are bulky and charged on dimensional weight, and car seats may face local safety standards, so check with the importer.
