What to order from DeFacto Türkiye for the UAE

DeFacto is a Turkish fashion brand for women, men and kids, known for basics, everyday pieces and seasonal offers. The Turkish site’s range and prices may differ from what is available in the UAE, so compare the same item by its reference number before ordering. With the long summer in the UAE, read the fabric composition and favor cotton and light fabrics.

Choosing a size and handling sales

Open the size chart on the item page and compare the centimeter measurements with a piece you own, since slim, regular and relaxed fits differ. During sales sizes sell out fast and prices can change before purchase, so send your maximum price and a backup color or size.

How a DeFacto order reaches the UAE

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to the UAE directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The UAE route runs by air from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on the next schedule after the order is consolidated in the warehouse, and home delivery covers all seven emirates.

Preparing to receive in the UAE

Write your address with emirate, city, area, building name and apartment number, plus your Makani number in Dubai if you know it, the recipient name and an active phone. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Each emirate has its own customs authority, so the authority at the entry point applies, such as Dubai Customs. If you add items from other Turkish stores, ask for them to be consolidated with DeFacto after all arrive in Türkiye, and set a deadline for the last item.
