Why order from Güral Porselen for Syria

Güral Porselen is a Turkish porcelain tableware brand: dinner sets, tea and coffee sets, plates and cups, plus lines for hotels and restaurants. These designs are not usually available in Syria. If the order is a gift or for an occasion in Syria, order early, since the land route and packing fragile pieces take time.

Completing a set you already own

Send a photo of the piece you have and the pattern name if you know it, read the piece count and types in the description, and give the product code, color and a backup. A pattern may be discontinued, so do not assume every older piece is still sold.

How a Güral Porselen order reaches Syria

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Syria directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Shipping to Syria runs by land through Turkish border crossings, and MarkaShip publishes reference rates in USD excluding customs: a medium carton (60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg) is $15 to the north (Idlib, Aleppo), $17 to the center (Homs, Hama) and $20 to the south (Damascus); a large carton (80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg) is $20, $23 and $25. Rates are confirmed per shipment.

Preparing to receive in Syria

Write your Syria address with city, area and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Published rates exclude customs, so current import and carrier rules for the actual goods still apply. Porcelain breaks, so ask for each piece to be wrapped with dividers in the carton, and photograph the parcel on arrival before opening it. Sets are heavy and packing adds volume, so shipping uses the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Bulk quantities for restaurants or hotels are commercial shipments, so check import requirements with an importer in Syria.
