Why order from Hisar Türkiye for Jordan

Hisar is a Turkish tableware brand working under the motto “the art of the table”, and its site shows cutlery sets in graded piece counts, tea sets, teapots and coffee pots, steel, granite and cast cookware sets, and dowry sets for brides. This range is not usually available in Jordan. On the long overland trip heavy cookware faces repeated vibration, so ask for padding between pieces to prevent scratches and dents.

Choosing the set

Read the number of pieces and how many people the set serves, the material, and whether it is coated or steel, and the gift box. For pots read the diameter, capacity and the type of hob it suits, and send the product code as shown on the page.

How a Hisar order reaches Jordan

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Jordan directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Jordan is served by land through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment; Amman, Irbid and Zarqa get home delivery, and Aqaba is the entry point for bulkier shipments. There is no fixed published rate for Jordan; cost and schedule are confirmed before departure.

Preparing to receive in Jordan

Write your Jordan address with city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Import requirements and duties are set by Jordan Customs. Cookware sets are heavy for their size, so shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight; ask for the box weight before buying and compare it with the set price. Knives have conditions with some carriers, so ask before adding them, and ask for packing that prevents scratches and dents.
