What Kelebek sells

Kelebek Mobilya is a Turkish furniture brand, and its site shows sofa sets and single and three-seat sofas, bedroom, dining, kitchen and bar sets, baby, kids and teen rooms, home offices and bookcases, plus rugs, lighting, mirrors, vases and accessories. The site offers a 360-degree virtual store and a decoration service. Its designs may differ from what you find in your country.

Choosing a piece or a set

Measure the room, doors and elevator and compare with the dimensions on the item page, and note that a set is made of several pieces, so ask exactly what the price includes and send the series name, each piece’s code and color. For sofas read the seat count, arm size and depth, and for bedrooms read the bed and mattress size.

What to send with the order

Send the series name and each item’s link, code and color, and ask whether the whole set is available and the lead time before paying, since large pieces may be made to order. Stating the target room and its measurements helps choose what suits both shipping and the space.

Consolidating and shipping

Large furniture is heavy and bulky, and its international shipping can exceed the price difference, so ask for a shipping estimate based on parcel dimensions and weight before buying. Small pieces are the easiest to ship: mirrors, lighting, vases, rugs and accessories. Sets come in several parcels, so ask how many there are, their dimensions and how they are packed.
