Why order from KOM Türkiye for Jordan

KOM is a Turkish brand for homewear, underwear and accessories, and its online store shows pajamas, lounge sets, socks and underwear for women and men. The Turkish range is not usually available in Jordan. Winter in Jordan is cold, and coats and heavy knits make the parcel bulkier, charged on dimensional weight.

Choosing size and fabric

Compare your measurements with the size chart on the item page and read the fit type. For sets, confirm the size covers both pieces and name a backup size. Read the fabric and blend, since cotton suits the heat and warmer fabrics suit winter, and send the product code and color.

How a KOM order reaches Jordan

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Jordan directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Jordan is served by land through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment; Amman, Irbid and Zarqa get home delivery, and Aqaba is the entry point for bulkier shipments. There is no fixed published rate for Jordan; cost and schedule are confirmed before departure.

Preparing to receive in Jordan

Write your Jordan address with city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Import requirements and duties are set by Jordan Customs. Homewear is light and compact, so it combines easily with Penti or Suwen purchases in one parcel. Underwear is usually not returnable, so confirm the size before buying, and shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight.
