Why order from KOM Türkiye for the UAE

KOM is a Turkish brand for homewear, underwear and accessories, and its online store shows pajamas, lounge sets, socks and underwear for women and men. The Turkish range is not usually available in the UAE. With the long summer in the UAE, read the fabric composition and favor cotton and light fabrics.

Choosing size and fabric

Compare your measurements with the size chart on the item page and read the fit type. For sets, confirm the size covers both pieces and name a backup size. Read the fabric and blend, since cotton suits the heat and warmer fabrics suit winter, and send the product code and color.

How a KOM order reaches the UAE

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to the UAE directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The UAE route runs by air from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on the next schedule after the order is consolidated in the warehouse, and home delivery covers all seven emirates.

Preparing to receive in the UAE

Write your address with emirate, city, area, building name and apartment number, plus your Makani number in Dubai if you know it, the recipient name and an active phone. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Each emirate has its own customs authority, so the authority at the entry point applies, such as Dubai Customs. Homewear is light and compact, so it combines easily with Penti or Suwen purchases in one parcel. Underwear is usually not returnable, so confirm the size before buying, and shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight.
