Why order from Porland Türkiye for Syria

Porland is a Turkish porcelain brand offering dinner sets, coffee and tea cups and serving ware for homes, plus durable lines for hotels and restaurants. These designs are not usually available in Syria. If the order is a gift or for an occasion in Syria, order early, since the land route and packing fragile pieces take time.

Ordering quantities for a cafe or restaurant

State the model and its number and the piece count of each item, and ask whether the model stays available for later replacement orders, since restaurants and cafes need to replace broken pieces in the same design.

How a Porland order reaches Syria

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Syria directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Shipping to Syria runs by land through Turkish border crossings, and MarkaShip publishes reference rates in USD excluding customs: a medium carton (60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg) is $15 to the north (Idlib, Aleppo), $17 to the center (Homs, Hama) and $20 to the south (Damascus); a large carton (80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg) is $20, $23 and $25. Rates are confirmed per shipment.

Preparing to receive in Syria

Write your Syria address with city, area and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Published rates exclude customs, so current import and carrier rules for the actual goods still apply. Porcelain is heavy and protective packing adds volume, so shipping uses the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Ask for individual wrapping in shock-absorbing material with dividers and photos of the packing, and pieces are checked in Türkiye before international shipping. Large quantities suit one consolidated shipment to Syria rather than small parcels.
