What to order from Vestel Türkiye for Syria

Vestel is a Turkish electronics and home appliance brand: TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, ovens and small appliances. Large appliances are heavy and bulky, so shipping can outweigh the price difference, while small appliances are easier to ship to Syria. Before ordering for Syria, check the voltage, frequency and plug type on the product page with the importer, as the European plug usually needs an adapter.

Will it work, and is the warranty serviced?

Devices are made for the Turkish market with a European plug, and some motor-driven appliances may not run properly on a different frequency, so check the voltage and frequency on the product page and ask first. A warranty bought in Türkiye may only be valid there, and service at home may need a local agent.

How a Vestel order reaches Syria

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to Syria directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. Shipping to Syria runs by land through Turkish border crossings, and MarkaShip publishes reference rates in USD excluding customs: a medium carton (60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg) is $15 to the north (Idlib, Aleppo), $17 to the center (Homs, Hama) and $20 to the south (Damascus); a large carton (80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg) is $20, $23 and $25. Rates are confirmed per shipment.

Preparing to receive in Syria

Write your Syria address with city, area and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Published rates exclude customs, so current import and carrier rules for the actual goods still apply. TVs and large appliances usually ship on dimensional weight and need extra protective packing, so ask for a cost estimate first; buying large appliances from a local dealer may be cheaper. Small appliances can be consolidated with Arzum and Korkmaz in one parcel.
