What to order from Vestel Türkiye for the UAE

Vestel is a Turkish electronics and home appliance brand: TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, ovens and small appliances. Large appliances are heavy and bulky, so shipping can outweigh the price difference, while small appliances are easier to ship to the UAE. Before ordering for the UAE, check the voltage, frequency and plug type on the product page against your home supply, as the European plug usually needs an adapter.

Will it work, and is the warranty serviced?

Devices are made for the Turkish market with a European plug, and some motor-driven appliances may not run properly on a different frequency, so check the voltage and frequency on the product page and ask first. A warranty bought in Türkiye may only be valid there, and service at home may need a local agent.

How a Vestel order reaches the UAE

Do not assume the Turkish site delivers to the UAE directly; delivery and payment options appear at checkout. The order goes to the receiving address in Türkiye, then is checked and consolidated with your other purchases. The UAE route runs by air from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on the next schedule after the order is consolidated in the warehouse, and home delivery covers all seven emirates.

Preparing to receive in the UAE

Write your address with emirate, city, area, building name and apartment number, plus your Makani number in Dubai if you know it, the recipient name and an active phone. Keep the store invoice and make sure the content description and value are correct. Each emirate has its own customs authority, so the authority at the entry point applies, such as Dubai Customs. TVs and large appliances usually ship on dimensional weight and need extra protective packing, so ask for a cost estimate first; buying large appliances from a local dealer may be cheaper. Small appliances can be consolidated with Arzum and Korkmaz in one parcel.
