Cancelling an Order from a Turkish Store
You can cancel your MarkaShip order before the products are bought from the Turkish store. After purchase the order cannot be cancelled, and the route is customer service. So if you change your mind or spot a mistake in the size, colour or link, get in touch immediately, before the purchase is made and not after the item reaches the consolidation centre.

When is cancelling accepted?
Cancelling is accepted only while the product has not yet been bought from the Turkish store. Once MarkaShip buys it on your behalf, the order sits with the store and cannot be cancelled from our side. The stage shows in your orders page, so check it before deciding.
What to do if you made a mistake
The fastest route is customer service as soon as you notice the mistake, with the order number and the reason. The most common mistakes are a wrong size, a wrong colour or a link to a different product. The earlier you write, the better the chance the order has not been bought yet.
If the purchase is already made
Once a purchase is confirmed there is no cancellation, but a return can still be requested under the terms: within 14 days of the item reaching the consolidation centre, in original condition with all tags, and at your cost. For a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
How to avoid needing to cancel
Before confirming, check the product link, size, colour and quantity, and write what matters in the order notes. Read the product’s own size table, then confirm. The product value is collected when the order is confirmed, so accuracy before confirming is easier than any fix afterwards.
