Measure the repeat

Ask about the motif repeat and its direction, then compare it with the garment length. A sample photo does not guarantee identical flower placement on every unit.

Understand panel cutting

The front and sleeve may be cut from different places in the fabric. A balanced display image does not prove the purchased item will match across seams.

Identify critical placement

Identify whether motif placement at the chest or hem determines your choice. Ask for an actual-unit image if the seller can provide one; availability is not assumed. If a large flower appears centrally, ask whether the image shows the unit being supplied or a sample. Do not leave that arrangement as an unwritten purchase condition.

Approve the variation

Write down your tolerance for placement differences before payment. Approval of a colour should not silently become acceptance of every possible arrangement of the motif.
