Should I order the same size from FLO and SuperStep?

No, the European size differs between brands and models. Measure your foot length in centimeters, compare it with the chart of the model itself and send a backup size, since sizes sell out quickly in sales.

Do shipping prices differ across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman?

Yes, and current figures are checked on the country page or in the MarkaShip calculator, so there is no single number for the four countries. The charge follows the greater of actual and dimensional weight.

Can I combine a FLO order and a SuperStep order in one parcel?

Yes. After the orders reach the receiving address in Türkiye they are checked and combined in one parcel before shipping to your country.

FLO or SuperStep for the Gulf: Which Store?

Order from FLO when you want several brands in one basket (everyday, formal, sandals, kids), and from SuperStep when you want sneakers in one exact release and color. The decision is the same in all four countries, but delivery, packing and customs differ, so each section below covers one of the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Send the link, model code and a backup size through Buy for Me.

UAE: sandals and trainers for a long summer

UAE shoes fly from Istanbul to Dubai or Abu Dhabi and then spread across the seven emirates. The UAE summer is long, so open shoes and sandals from FLO are worn for more months than they would be in Türkiye, while SuperStep sneakers suit the gym and walking in air-conditioned malls. Write your address with emirate, area and building plus your Makani number if you have one; each emirate has its own customs authority, including Dubai Customs.

Qatar: shoe boxes change the parcel volume

A Qatar parcel clears at Hamad airport before delivery in Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan and Al Khor. An original sneaker box takes a lot of volume, so if you combine two SuperStep pairs with one FLO pair, ask whether the outer box can be removed to cut volume, because the charge follows the greater of weight and volume. Your address is city, zone number, street and building, and the reference is Qatar’s General Authority of Customs.

Bahrain: short distances and quick exchanges

Distances inside Bahrain are short, so delivery to Manama, Muharraq, Riffa and Isa Town follows soon after the shipment lands, which matters because a shoe size may need swapping. Ask for a backup size of the same model from FLO where available, and remember that returning to Türkiye is costly. Bahrain address: building, road, block and area; duties are paid through the customs services on the national portal.

Oman: a road leg after Muscat

The parcel flies to Muscat and then travels by road to Sohar, Nizwa and Salalah, and that long distance means leather shoes and thin-strap sandals need extra padding to avoid damage. Ask for the heavy pairs packed at the bottom and the kids’ shoes on top. Write governorate, wilayat, neighborhood and a nearby landmark, and check with Oman Customs before ordering.
