Is FLO cheaper than SuperStep?

It cannot be said in general; prices change between brands and offers, so compare the same model or the closest alternative at its final price after service and shipping fees.

Does the same size fit in FLO and SuperStep?

No. The same European size differs between brands, so rely on your foot length in centimeters and the chart on the item page.

Can I combine FLO and SuperStep shoes in one shipment?

Yes. After both orders reach the receiving address in Türkiye they can be combined with your other purchases before shipping to Kuwait.

When to pick FLO and when to pick SuperStep

FLO is a Turkish shoe chain that sells its own label plus local and global brands in one place, so it suits anyone comparing several brands or ordering shoes for the whole family. SuperStep is a store for sneakers, sportswear and accessories from global brands, and it suits a buyer after one specific sporty model. For a dress shoe, a sandal or a child’s shoe start with FLO; for sneakers in a particular release and color start with SuperStep.

How to pin down model and size in each store

On FLO give the brand name and model number exactly as they appear on the item page, because similar models can belong to different brands. On SuperStep send the product code and color, since sneaker names look alike and differ by release. Measure your foot length in centimeters and compare it with the chart of that brand, because one European size differs between brands, leave growing room in children’s shoes, and name a backup size since sizes sell out fast in sales.

What is specific to buying for Kuwait

The Kuwait route runs by air from Istanbul with frequent departures, and home delivery covers Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya and Jahra. Shoes take volume because of their boxes, so ask at weighing whether your parcel is charged on dimensional weight, think about light ventilated sneakers and sandals for the long Kuwaiti summer, choose the size by foot length in centimeters from the store’s own chart, combine the pairs from both stores in one parcel, and keep each order invoice since Kuwait’s General Administration of Customs sets the current rules for the goods.

How orders ship and arrive

The Kuwait route runs by air from Istanbul with frequent departures, then the parcel goes to home delivery across the governorates, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya and Jahra. Cost is fixed after the packed parcel is measured, on the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Write your Kuwait address with governorate, area, block, street and house or building number, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the seller invoices. Current rules for the actual goods are set by Kuwait’s General Administration of Customs.
