Your MarkaShip Box Number and Turkish Address
Your box number is your unique ID in the MarkaShip warehouse in Turkey, created automatically when you open an account. When you buy from a Turkish store yourself, use your box address as the delivery address and make sure your box number is in it, because a parcel without a number cannot be matched to you. Parcels kept longer than 30 days attract storage fees.

What the box number is
When you create a MarkaShip account, a personal box is set up for you in Turkey. Its number is your unique ID in the warehouse, and it is how our team knows an incoming parcel is yours. You see it on the box address page after signing in.
Where to write it when you buy
At the Turkish store’s checkout, use your box address details as shown on the address page. Put your box number in the address or name field, as the form allows, and use the name from your account. The aim is for the number to appear on the parcel so it is not lost among others.
Buy for Me or the box address?
Some Turkish stores do not accept cards from outside Turkey or do not ship abroad, and then MarkaShip buys the item for you through Buy for Me. If you buy yourself, the box address is the route, and you request shipping to your country after the parcels arrive.
Storage fees and delays
The box address page is explicit: storage fees apply to parcels kept more than 30 days. So do not leave parcels sitting; consolidate what you want and request shipping. Shipping cost is set after the final weighing at the consolidation centre and paid before dispatch.
