Kids’ Books and Toys to Syria: idefix or Toyzz?

Start with the child’s age

Write the child’s age in years before opening any page. Picture books suit little ones, age-graded stories suit those starting to read, and educational toys usually carry an age group on the box or in the listing, so read it and do not guess.

The language of the book

Many books in the store are written in Turkish, so check the language in the description before ordering if you want it in Arabic or English. A picture book without text may suit best if the child does not know the language.

Toy safety

Read the age group in the listing and whether it has small parts, since small parts do not suit children under three. If the page does not say, ask the team and do not assume it is safe.

Books and toys arrive in two different shapes

Books are heavy for their size and toys are bulky for their weight, so a parcel holding both is charged on weight or volume, whichever is larger. Ask the team for the weight of the books and the dimensions of the toy boxes before paying so you know the cost, and do not add a large box you do not need.
