Kitchen Set to Syria: Schafer or Güral Porselen?

The kitchen list before ordering

Write how many people usually eat at the table and how many guests you host, then count plates and cups, and decide the number and sizes of pots. Ready sets look cheap per piece but may include sizes you never use, so compare sizes, not only the count.

Material and cleaning

In the pot description read the material (stainless steel or coated aluminum) and whether it suits your hob, and in the porcelain description whether it goes in the dishwasher and microwave. Cleaning information is written on the page, so rely on it and not on the photo.

Splitting the order into cartons

Pots are heavy and porcelain is fragile, so they are best not packed into one carton. Ask the team to put the porcelain in its own carton with enough padding, and check the weight of each carton before paying because shipping is charged on weight and volume.

Breakage on arrival

Ceramic plates and cups are what suffers most on the road, so photograph the carton from outside and then the pieces the moment you open it, and keep the photos. The terms page asks you to report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours with photos, so do not postpone opening the parcel.
