Two ways to ship bicycles to Syria

If you buy bicycles yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. A bike ships in its box with the front wheel, handlebar and pedals partly removed, and the box is large, so it is usually charged on dimensional weight; ask for the box dimensions before buying, while small kids’ bikes are better value to ship.

E-bikes and size

E-bikes carry large lithium batteries that face strict shipping restrictions, so ask before buying; regular bikes are far easier. Pick the frame size by rider height from the store’s chart. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
