Two ways to ship Arabic calligraphy art to Syria

If you buy Arabic calligraphy art yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. Calligraphy art is fairly light but large and glass is fragile, so it needs corner protectors; metal and wooden pieces ship more safely, and combine them with wall art and Islamic gifts in one shipment.

Material and size

Laser-cut metal and wooden pieces are lighter and sturdier than glass-framed art, and canvas is sometimes shipped rolled. Measure the wall against the size in centimetres and check the script and text are correct before ordering. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
